Counseling and therapy services should be approached as a collaborative effort between the counselor and client with the purpose of establishing and achieving goals mutually agreed upon. I work with clients who are experiencing life stressors that are causing distress in their lives that require therapeutic interventions and specified therapy approaches.
I specialize in working with adults with an array of mental health and adjustment issues including: Depression, Trauma, Mood/Adjustment Disorders, Anger Management, Conflict Resolution, Family Conflict/Dysfunction. My therapy style is culturally responsive, solution-focused, and incorporates compassion and empathy to address life stressors.

Men's Issues/Support Group
Often times men need a forum where they can feel supported and encouraged to explore the holistic parameters of being a man in today's complex world. Stressors and anxiety that can associated with family, spouses, partners, children ,and work are explored in a non judgmental space prompting wellness and empowerment. This group is designed to ADVOCATE, SUPPORT, and EMPOWER Men Only !!! We dive in and put it all on the table.
