Hi there! I am so glad that you have stumbled across my page. Starting therapy can feel like just one more thing to figure out, another task to make time for, another decision to get right. Finding the right fit matters, and I’m here to make that process feel a little less overwhelming. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, you deserve a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment free. I work with individuals who are going through life changes, struggling with anxiety or depression, facing challenges with motivation, or substance use.
I use a mix of approaches depending on what fits best for you or your child. For adults, I often draw from CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. With children, I bring in play therapy, sand tray, and expressive arts to help them express what they might not have words for yet. My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable, understood, and supported.
