I am a licensed clinical social worker committed to treating individuals and families. I utilize an integrative approach to help my clients get through life challenges. In my experience working with children, youth and families, I've had the opportunity to work with individuals and families from different backgrounds to help them make positive changes in life. Specialty areas include but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, work-life-balance, life transitions, bereavement/grief, stress management, decision making skills, conflict resolution, communication skills, and parenting.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing and mindfulness. I am passionate about helping others learn positive coping skills as well as accomplish personal growth.
I provide a safe space for my clients to be able to express their feelings and thoughts without judgement. Together we make a treatment plan based on your unique needs and strengths.
