I am integrative with my approach and what you have going on. I like to pull out learned patterns/ conditions and see how they manifest. I like EMDR to make deeper connections and help desensitize you from your current emotional state. And I really enjoy helping you learn practices with yourself and others, so you start to notice positive changes, fast.
