I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas. I work with individuals who are 13 years and older as well as couples and families. I specialize in working with individuals seeking help for an eating disorder or those dealing with grief and/or bereavement. I also enjoy working with females who are in their late teens or early twenties struggling with life transitions. I also have experience working with OCD, LBGQT+, post-partum issues and inferility.
I have been working with individuals with eating disorders for the past 20+ years and those dealing with death and bereavement since 1998 after the death of my first child. I have years of experience working with families and couples and well as individuals with issues including depression, anxiety, life transitions and overall well being.
