Hi! My name is Leslie Travia, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 5 years of clinical experience working with teenagers, mature adults, and couples experience dealing with trauma, Sexual/Gender identity, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Trauma, and PTSD. I believe that what I do as a therapist is my calling.
I create a space where you feel most comfortable. From the beginning, you must be aware that you are the driver of their therapeutic process. You will always have the choice to change your therapist if the need arises. I believe that you have the right to be heard. In addition, you can process your life in a safe place.
During our first session, immediately, you should expect to hear about your rights through our therapeutic relationship. In addition, my approach to therapy and confidentiality will be discussed.
