I am a certified PCIT, EMDR and Perinatal Mental Health Therapist specializing in women and families during the reproductive and early parenting years. With advanced EMDR training for the perinatal population, I support healing from traumatic birth, pregnancy, infant, and child loss, and reproductive challenges. I also work with parents of young children struggling with disruptive behaviors, helping strengthen relationships, build confidence, and restore connection at home.

I offer a safe, supportive space to process life’s challenges. My approach is collaborative—I’ll meet you where you are and walk beside you on your journey. For parents, I provide in-session coaching to help strengthen confidence and connection. You are not alone.
