I offer an integrated approach so that I can find what works best for you. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy in my work and incorporate whole health approaches. I am certified in intensive, first-line treatments for PTSD which are offered to clients seeking trauma-focused therapy.
