Healing begins with connection. I provide a warm, safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I rarely offer “advice” because I believe that you have the power to find solutions for your life.
When you visit my in-person office, you’ll usually get to spend time with my therapy-dog-in-training, Oreo Speedwagon, or ”Reo.” Reo takes his job of listening and snuggling very seriously. (He can also stay in his kennel and respect your boundaries when you want him to.) I offer both traditional “talk” therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
If you feel overwhelmed, stuck in thoughts, or triggered by things you don’t fully understand, you’re not alone. I help people find relief without having to relive everything they’ve been through. ART is a structured approach that helps the brain process stuck experiences quickly so you can feel relief without having to talk through every painful detail
