I have a conversational therapy style and I offer a warm, affirming approach while still motivating clients toward change. I enjoy providing hope and support for those struggling with infertility, as well as support through pregnancy and new parenthood. I also enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ community as well as helping individuals struggling with boundaries and assertiveness.
I work from a belief that our thoughts and our actions drive our emotions, and utilize a variety of techniques to help you challenge those thoughts. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which is a more structured approach to dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, and more.
