For over 24 years, I have provided individual and family therapy, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and educational challenges. I work with high-risk youth as well as individuals facing everyday stressors, helping them build resilience, self-awareness, and confidence.
With an additional master’s degree in Human Development/Child Development, my background includes working as a preschool teacher and director for 12 years and serving as a child abuse investigator for 14 years. Together, we can create a path forward that fosters healing, growth, and well-being.
