I specialize in working with couples in all relationship stages. Whether you are struggling with communication, infertility, loss of love, an affair, conflict, or just want to keep your relationship on course, I am passionate about helping relationships thrive.
I also have specialized training in helping women navigate the stress and mental load that can accompany different life stages. This includes infertility, health challenges, life transitions, and perimenopause / menopause.
I have completed Level 1 training for the Gottman Method, with specialized training in infidelity.
I am a facilitator for the 7 Principles of Making Marriage Work, providing workshops throughout the year.
I have advanced training in Nutrition for Mental Health and incorporate it into treatment plans based upon the goals of each individual client.
