I enjoy walking alongside girls, teens, and parents who are navigating through anxiety, depression, big emotions, life transitions, and other challenges individuals may face in their early years. I am passionate about building strong relationships with clients to reach their goals through a collaborative, mindful, and holistic approach; which is centered on trust, innovation, and safety. I want each client to feel empowered in reaching their goals. It is my goal to help you feel seen and heard throughout the therapeutic process.
I am trained in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) and in Selective Mutism. I utilize a holistic approach centered on mindfulness, CBT, Person-Centered, ERP, and other various therapeutic techniques. I'm passionate about helping girls, teens, and families find tools and supports for success.
I'm passionate about creating an environment of safety and empowerment for girls and teens. As a former teacher, I have extensive experience working with girls and teens navigating life’s tough challenges inside and outside of the classroom by developing individual plans and incorporating mindfulness techniques.
