I have over 15 years experience treating a wide range of mental health disorders, from chronic and severe to brief adjustment disorders. I am trained in CBT and DBT, however my treatment approach tends to be more eclectic. We are all individuals in different places and what may work for one, may not work for another. I meet my clients where they are at.
I am secular, LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally competent. I have a passion for neurodivergent adults and marginalized populations. I love that I can offer a safe space where you can be yourself.
