I treat anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) like skin picking and hair pulling, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). Symptoms include mental rituals, intrusive thoughts, reassurance-seeking, compulsive checking, avoidance, and chronic physical tension. I also work with the psychological impact of chronic illnesses including autoimmune conditions and hypermobile spectrum disorders/hEDS. My clients include students and professionals in demanding fields such as law, medicine, and business.
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy with attention to the therapeutic relationship. I utilize evidence-based practices including ERP for OCD and the ComB Model for BFRBs. Treatment is always individualized to each client.
I also provide ADHD consultations for adults to better understand their executive functioning concerns and determine best next steps
