I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples and groups for the past 26 years and have focused my practice in empowering and supporting women in their growth process. I have extensive training in both traditional talk therapy, as well as experiential work that includes hypnosis, NLP, breath work, and Emotional Pain Interventions.
