I utilize a collaboration of approaches to therapy, as this best represents the individual. This allows for empowerment of the client to embrace their truths and confront their challenges. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families in their quest to re-create healthy boundaries, learn coping mechanisms, and implement preventative measures.
