Life is full of challenges. I'm a firm believer in the benefits of unbiased support during difficult periods in our lives. Please allow me to be the person to offer you the help and support that you deserve. In my ten plus years as a therapist, I have worked with people of all ages and walks of life to help address depression, anxiety, loss, anger and relationship issues. I enjoy helping others to improve their current situation by offering a warm, safe and reliable therapeutic environment.
Tailoring therapy specific to the client is important to me. For example, some clients seek therapy for a safe place to vent, cry or simply sit. Other clients seek therapy for specific coping skills to help reduce debilitating anxiety. My goal is to accommodate the client as best I can. Please note that I only work with female clients at this time.
An area of personal interest is working with women struggling with infertility (and related issues). Trauma caused by infertility can be devastating and life altering. Working with a therapist who understands the impact that infertility may have on an individual/family can be an invaluable support and relief.
