I am a certified Imago Couples Therapist, using the technique of creating/ teaching a safe communication model, I help couples to improve their communication skills, deepen their commitment to loving each other, and experience more trust and joy in their life together. I also use psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and ACT (Acceptance, Commitment Therapy) techniques.
My focus is a nonjudgmental approach with a focus on growth and healing emotional wounds. Appreciation and respect for each partner as an individual is always a priority.
