Many of us struggle with stress, depression, anxiety, self-criticism, anger, or just feel a sense of emptiness at some point in our lives. Therapy can be the beginning of healing, healthy coping, and filling that void with new meaning. We all deserve to have someone in our corner and a safe space to explore and express ourselves without judgment. Maybe you have found that some of your coping skills aren’t working anymore. We can work to together to find creative solutions.
What is your capacity for healing and wholeness? What is it that you really need—or need to let go of? I would like to work with you to explore answers to those questions and figure out what’s working and what isn’t. I use an integrative approach that is centered around your needs, to support you in finding more peace, joy, and stability in your life.
I work with teenagers and adults, 13 and older. I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth therapy. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation so you can ask questions and decide if you think we would work well together.
