If you’re overwhelmed or your inner critic is running the show, you’re not alone. Relating to others can be hard, especially when we’re struggling to be compassionate towards ourselves. I help adults & couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationships. Past events may be holding you back. I use a dialectical approach to make space for the whole story. I teach coping skills and give practice worksheets so you can make daily progress.

I specifically help clients reframe negative thoughts and emotionally regulate. I'm trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Before private practice, I worked in higher levels of care including PHP and IOP. I enjoy working with clients who are stepping down and want a therapist who knows how far they've come.
