You’re insightful and self-aware, but that doesn’t mean you’re not struggling. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed by expectations, unsure how to set boundaries without guilt, or stuck in a loop of self-criticism and anxiety. Therapy is a space where we can sort through that together- honestly, gently, and with direction. I support adolescents (16+) and adults who are navigating anxiety, emotional fatigue, identity shifts, and relational challenges. We'll explore how your internal patterns show up in daily life, and how to shift them in grounded, sustainable ways. My approach blends practical tools with deeper emotional work.

Some of these tools include cognitive-behavioral strategies, trauma-informed practices, emotional processing, and psychodynamic-informed reflection. I prioritize adjusting to your needs and pace. Therapy with me is direct, warm, and nonjudgmental. I don’t believe in “fixing” you- I believe in creating space for your complexity, agency, and capacity to grow.

Our work might include developing self-compassion, learning to stay present with discomfort or finding clarity in chaos- always centered around what’s meaningful for YOU.
