Hi there! I am a mental health therapist with extensive experience working with teens, adolescents, and young adults in their 20's and 30's. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and symptoms of trauma. I obtained my M.A. in Mental Health Counseling, 200 hour yoga teacher training, and clinical work specializing in counseling division I student-athletes. I currently offer telehealth sessions and have found this modality to be incredibly accessible and effective. My approach is compassionately personalized and holistic, based on each persons needs.
My style is both relational and directive. I find it most important to build a trusting relationship and offer tangible tools for transformation. I work collaboratively, and always with a holistic, trauma-informed lens combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with somatics, mindfulness and other integrative experiential therapies.
