I am a licensed therapist with over 12 years of experience working with individuals, adults, adolescents and couples, who are experiencing a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ related issues, work stress, trauma/PTSD and grief/loss. I am passionate about helping people develop healthy relationships in all facets of their lives. My clients will develop the tools to help them to achieve significant change and personal growth.
I base my work on evidence-based treatment that is both efficient and effective and use a variety of techniques and skills. Many of my clients are individuals who have experienced trauma and I strive to create a safe and caring environment to help my clients gain clarity and develop a plan for healing.
