As a Christian counselor I long to encourage and uplift. I consider it an honor when clients share their personal pain and struggle with me. Whatever your personal trial is right now, I want to establish a trusting relationship in which we can work through it together. Sometimes it just takes a caring counselor to process emotions with and other times an objective perspective or guidance may be needed. My integrative approach to counseling gives you the benefit of a wide range of options in seeking a peaceful solution to life's struggles.
There are four main areas of focus in my practice with trauma being a central theme. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, am trained in EMDR and have a Doctorate specializing in Trauma. Other areas of concentration are Anxiety, Narcissistic Personality and Couple's Counseling.
