With years of experience in psychotherapy, I have worked with individuals ranging from teenagers to those in their 90s, addressing a wide variety of issues, diagnoses, and challenges. When it seems that life gets harder, working with a therapist and addressing your emotional well being is a gift to yourself – addressing what has been difficult to manage and learning new coping skills. We’ll map out your therapeutic goals together and I’ll support you, using approaches tailored to your unique needs.
I have found that, at all ages from childhood to old age, living in a body can spark many different feelings and often behaviors, including ones we want to change. This is an area I know well and have helped many people to navigate and overcome.
