I specialize in trauma therapy for adults and teens, single-incident and complex, helping reduce symptoms (depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship strain, sleep and concentration/memory problems) with evidence-based tools to restore safety and resilience. I'm also passionate about supporting caregivers of children with ADHD and coaching adults with ADHD. Having ADHD and being a parent of a child with ADHD, I understand the many layers beyond hyperactivity.
I bring a blend of experience from Special Education, School Counseling, and behavioral health across inpatient, PHP, and IOP settings. These roles deepened my appreciation for the challenges people face, the courage they show, and the stories that shape our identity.
I notice the strengths people bring, the perseverance they may not see, and offer practical coping skills and steady support through life changes or long-held pain.
