I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor serving individuals and families across New Mexico. I am especially dedicated to supporting first responders, veterans, and their loved ones. As the wife of a veteran and law enforcement officer, I understand the unique pressures and sacrifices that come with service. My work is grounded in authenticity, cultural awareness, and deep respect for those who serve.
I earned my BA in Psychology with a minor in Communication from the University of New Mexico and my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. I provide individual, couples, adolescent, and group therapy, with a focus on trauma, stress-related concerns, and life transitions.
I am trained in EMDR, RTM, and CBT, using evidence-based, trauma-focused approaches to help clients process painful experiences and build lasting coping skills. My style is empathetic, direct, and client-centered. I believe resilience comes from having the right tools and support to move forward with strength and purpose.
