My professional training incorporates numerous modalities to address your needs. I am a Master ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) therapist and find it extremely effective for many issues i.e. trauma, anxiety, OCD. and depression. I incorporate strategies from CBT and DBT that help challenge negative thought patterns and help with regulating emotions.
I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of different needs. In addition to my practice, I have also worked as an elementary school counselor and am trained in divorce mediation.
