Substance Use Disorder Process Group
This in-person weekly group will provide ongoing support for long-term recovery. Clients will be able to process past trauma, gain coping skills, and develop sober social support. This group is less about not using substances and more about exploring underlying trauma or challenges that can become obstacles to recovery and personal growth. While we emphasize long term abstinence from substances, we know that returns to use are often part of the process and can be great learning opportunities. Clients will learn skills drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness practice. Group size 6-8.

Mental Health Process Group
This group is for clients who need social support, coping skills, and continuing treatment to address ongoing mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders. During group, clients will have the opportunity to discuss challenges, process past trauma, and learn new coping skills to help with managing symptoms, decreasing self-sabotage, and addressing cognitive distortions and negative self beliefs. Group size 6-8.

Chemsex Recovery Group
You know recovery from meth and sex addiction is a tough road. Maybe you’ve tried quitting meth, but then the loneliness and need for sexual intimacy kicks in and then you’re back on the apps and using meth before you know it. We’ll be following an evidence-based treatment method that includes group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy assignments, psychoeducation, trauma work, sexual boundary mapping, and re-wiring sexuality and intimacy. Group size 6-8.
