I provide individual counseling and premarital counseling for couples using the Prepare and Enrich Program by David Olsen. For the past 27 years, I have counseled adolescents, children, and parents in the school setting. Away from the school, my practice focused on clients of all ages who were encountering anger, anxiety, grief, depression, and low self-esteem. By attending counseling and through much encouragement, clients were able to better focus and resolve their mental issues.
By utilizing an eclectic approach, clients can better able to set goals and move forward in a more productive lifestyle. With flexible scheduling, I am able to accommodate clients during these unusual work schedules with teletherapy.
