I work with a wide array of clients that are dealing with current or past challenges. Some of my own specific goals are to help you increase your quality of life , move forward with desired goals, and have a more positive sense of self.
Throughout my almost 20 year career I have worked with individuals with anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder , brain injury and other challenges. I have a relaxed, empathetic approach. I believe that gaining rapport and engagement is so important in making one comfortable in therapy.
