Who you are and what your journey means for you is crucial to how I can help. Historically my clients come from all corners of the sociopolitical spectrum. Ideally, my client's are intent to connect; the therapeutic connection is crucial to aid in processing life circumstances (historical and current) on the intimate level and the very real recognition of the bigger picture of where they are impacted. For this moment in time in history, there is no separation. I'm right with you.
My background is in historical and intergenerational trauma. Breaking of cycles, but first understanding them. How it shows up in our lives can vary. Initially my focus was on Native American communities and expanded out. Then neurodiversity became a major part of that expansion. Life transitions and how to weather them with the above in mind is our work.
We're going through a lot as people. You may or may not have previous diagnoses to continue to navigate such as PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, etc, and you are welcome to reach out if you feel we could be a good fit. My clients are based in WA.
