OCD is a very treatable condition; however, you must work with someone who has experience, training, and creativity. I've treated Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Health Anxiety, and general anxiety issues for over a decade. I'm fortunate to have worked for, and been mentored by, nationally recognized experts and continue to receive professional consultation to better serve my clients. Using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindful Awareness, I help you practice new ways to respond to difficult life experiences. The goal is to help you make choices based on what you want in your life.

I will take time to understand your goals for treatment and provide you with the information, support, and strategies necessary to decrease the impact of your obsessions and compulsions so that you may live a fuller and richer life.
