I offer counseling services from a relational psychodynamic perspective, which means I pay a lot of attention to patterns of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors you've held about yourself and others across your life, as well as your subjective experiences of the world. I also view the roles power, inequality, and oppression play in your life as important.
