I hold that each individual is a powerful catalyst in the changes most wanted in one’s life, while each one of us is also exquisitely attuned to the dynamics we are subject to in our relationships. With such powerful energies affecting you, you may need space to express your particular concerns and the issues you wish to explore to an attuned therapist holding you with positive regard. Together we may discover hidden doors to strengths amid our suffering.
An ability I’ve been told I offer is a pairing of big-picture vision and attention to intricate details and connections. Jungian Psychology encourages intuitive thinking, amplification over reductionism, and the symbolic language of dreams, sandplay, and artistic expression as pathways to knowing one’s natural self despite the symptoms of a beleaguered ego.
Life is hard and being human means you have known suffering.
