I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over ten years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families on their healing journeys. My compassionate, collaborative approach helps clients feel safe to explore their stories and create new, empowered life narratives. I treat depression, anxiety, trauma, relational challenges, parenting, and many other areas of concern. I offer individual, couples, family, inner healing group therapy. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish.
I'm certified in many evidence-based trauma-informed interventions such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Aggression Replacement Training, DBT. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address a myriad of difficulties including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, substance abuse. I see individuals, couples, and families.
I'm bilingual (Spanish and English). I have more than 20 years experience treating individuals, couples, and families. I also facilitate many different inner healing groups.
