My priority is creating a nonjudgmental environment where trust is developed and you feel safe with me—every single session and interaction. Therapy is a collaborative process between the two of us. I’m here to listen, support you, and give you opportunities to explore and design a plan that helps you move your life forward.
I love working with clients of all ages but specialize in 14+. When you’re working with me, we’ll use a strengths-based, collaborative approach to help identify your unmet needs and areas of growth. I am trauma-informed and trauma-responsive. I specialize in anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, PTSD, and self-esteem.
Your thoughts and feelings can be overwhelming. I’ve been there, and I’m here to help you map out where you want to be and move forward in productive ways. I promise to show up for you week after week as we develop how you show up for yourself.
