With over 15 years of experience in a range of settings including public schools, public health, and non- profits, I am equipped to assist individuals who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationships, parenting, school and work issues, and the challenges of everyday life.
I am trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and mindfulness strategies. Beyond this formal education, I have quite a bit of life experience that I draw upon in my work as a therapist.
