Since 2005, I have been privileged to work with adults to help improve communication, heal past traumas, and overcome difficult situations that have created emotional upheaval. I commonly use EMDR to treat individuals who have experienced physical, psychological or emotional trauma. I also use CBT techniques. As a seminary-trained clinician, I am also able to use Christian faith-based approaches at the client's request to help heal deep wounds of the soul.
