Since 2005, I have been privileged to work with adults to help improve communication, heal past traumas, and overcome difficult situations that have created emotional upheaval. Through counseling, we work together to develop a plan that will help you overcome your current situation and build a sense of strength and resilience so you know you can face other challenges with greater confidence.
I use EMDR to treat individuals who have experienced physical, psychological, or emotional trauma. When working with couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy to help clients connect on a deeper level. As a seminary-trained clinician, I am also able to use Christian faith-based approaches at the client's request to help heal deep wounds of the soul.
