I have experience treating anxiety, trauma, post traumatic stress, depression, grief/loss, relationship struggles, and emotional regulation.
A trauma-focused therapist combines specialized training, empathy, cultural competence, and a trauma-informed approach to help individuals heal from trauma and rebuild their lives. Other approaches utilized are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
I understand that complete well-being involves overcoming obstacles and making changes that are difficult; however, with trust, practice, and dedication, any change is possible.
