With a heart to serve, and an extensive background working with diverse populations, my specialty revolves around working with the teen population, youth in out of home care, the military community, and their families. Everyone has a special purpose; and reaching out for help takes courage. I am here to walk along side you; providing a safe, compassionate, nonjudgmental environment.
With a culturally sensitive & responsive mental health approach, I frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma informed practices, and mindfulness techniques to support healthy outcomes for symptom management of trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, self-harm, relationship challenges, stage of life changes, and other mental health concerns.
