I work with clients to address any number of concerns, anxiety, depression, substance use and addiction, and trauma history. I focus my practice on an integrative approach to care, tailoring sessions to each client’s concerns and goals. I offer EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Somatic Therapy.
