I take a humanistic approach to therapy. For me, the relationship is what is most important and what leads to healing. I take time and effort in building a strong and trusting relationship with all of my clients. My goal is to help you reach deep inside of yourself and access parts of you that you never new existed and use those parts to be an even better person.

I specialize in dealing with anxiety, depression, grief/loss and trauma. I enjoy working with all types of people and make it a point to treat each person as an individual I will do my best to help with whatever issues that you present with.
