Having worked with so many trauma survivors in my career, there are few things that I haven't heard. Shame and guilt can keep people in silent suffering for years and suffering IS NOT necessary! Having a nonjudgmental person to listen and validate your experiences can make such a difference.
I also have training and experience working with people that have issues with anxiety, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, OCD, depression, trichotillomania (hair-pulling disorder), grief, relationship, phobias, codependency, communication, dissociation, adjustment, and identity problems.
