What does "balance" and "safety" look like, feel like, and mean to you? I aim to provide a safe, healing space for clients, ensuring I take into account what "safe" and "balance" means to each individual in this current time and how that aligns with current needs, life events, and experiences. I predominantly work with the adolescent & adult populations, addressing anxiety, interpersonal relationships, relationship with food and body, personality traits/disorders, and life transitions. Sometimes, we need support repairing the foundation, which may include identifying our primary emotions and assessing the our current boundaries!
I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach to provide you with individualized sessions to account for differences in learning styles, interests, experiences, goals, and evolving needs. I'm also a trained DBT therapist, offering individual DBT-informed skills coaching sessions and parent skills coaching sessions to supplement individual therapeutic work.
I believe therapy is a collaboration amongst individuals. Curiosity, humor, compassion, acceptance, change, and authenticity are values I consider to be integral to the therapeutic process.
