About
Life is filled with good times and bad, struggles and joy, ups and downs. I approach therapy with the goal to make life better. I have met incredible people in my life, and I have enjoyed hearing and helping people through their journeys. We are all human, and I think it's important to be very human in therapy. Even as a psychologist, I struggle at times too. Therapy is a wonderful place to learn how you impact the world, how the world impacts you, and to take the control back. After all, we can't change the things that happen around us, but we can change what we do about them.
