I work with clients who feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, self-critical, or unsure how to move forward. Many come to therapy during life transitions, relationship stress, trauma recovery, parenting challenges, identity exploration, or difficulty managing emotions. My style is warm, flexible, and collaborative. I help clients understand patterns, build coping skills, strengthen boundaries, and move toward values-aligned choices while balancing depth with lightness and humor.
I offer flexible, collaborative, evidence-based therapy using CBT, ACT, DBT skills, trauma-informed care, and relational/attachment-focused approaches. Together, we balance deeper insight, practical tools, emotional awareness, values-based change, and room for lightness and humor.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, whether it is your first time or you are returning to the process. My goal is to help you feel safe, accepted, and understood while we figure out where to begin together, at a pace that feels right for you.
