Has life become overwhelming? Do you feel exhausted with everyday struggles? Look no further… I am Leslie Green, Mental Health Therapist and Life Coach. I provide services for clients 16 and older experiencing grief, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, life transitions, PTSD, and depression. My Primary goal is to help client’s develop coping skills for life stressors before things begin to spiral out of control. I aid clients in learning how to put their own needs first without feeling guilty or apologetic. I use CBT techniques to address negative self-talk, that often result in self-doubt and overthinking.
In the words of the phenomenal black woman, Maya Angelou, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” These words resonate with me as a clinician and drive me to be passionate, empathic, compassionate, and relatable during the therapeutic process.
