Hi, I’m Leslie. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are women—especially mothers, women of color, and first-generation professionals—who feel burned out, stretched thin, and disconnected from themselves while caring for others. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I integrate family systems therapy, CBT, and mindfulness to support emotional regulation, communication, and relational healing. I help clients gain insight, build practical coping tools, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
