As a counselor, I use a trauma-informed approach to all my sessions with the goal of providing a safe space where you can unpack and heal from past wounds.
My approach to counseling is deeply rooted in person-centered therapy, ensuring that you feel seen, heard, and respected. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to tackle unhelpful ways of thinking, and together, we can develop ways to cope with and challenge negative ways of thinking so you are able to build resilience.
